Weekly Recipe Round Up
Jul 10, 2019It's been a hot minute since I have actually put my recipes together for you guys; but I feel like this week was the only week recently where the meals were actually all good! Below you are going to find the recipes for this weeks round up! Reminder you can swap out any protein for any of these recipes these are just what we were wanting or needing to use up!
Baked Egg Rolls which is one of my FAVORITE recipes! You can fit it here!
Crockpot Buffalo Turkey
- 1/4 cup or chicken broth in the bottom of the crockpot
- Turkey
- 1/4-1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
- 1 8oz block of cream cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- Brioche bun
- Salad kit
Add chicken broth and frozen or thawed Turkey to crockpot on high for 3-4 hours
Add Buffalo sauce and cream cheese to crockpot on low for about an hour stirring occasionally
Add shredded cheese and combine then serve with a bun and salad or veggie of choice.
Leftover Buffalo Turkey made into pasta
- Leftover Buffalo
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Chicken broth
- Pasta
- Shredded cheese
Add some chicken broth, broccoli, cauliflower, and leftover Turkey to a pan on the stove heat for 10-15 minutes
Cook pasta according to directions on the box
Add shredded cheese and combine right before serving
Shrimp & Pasta
- Shrimp
- Pasta
- Belle Peppers
- Garlic
- Shrimp
- Olive oil
- Cream cheese
Add olive oil, shrimp, belle peppers, and garlic to pan and sauté
Cook pasta according to directions on the box
Add cream cheese and sauté for an addition 3-5 minutes
Combine with pasta and serve
Wonton Soup
-
1/2 tbsp sesame oil + 1/2 tsp sesame oil
-
1 tbsp soy sauce + 1 tsp soy sauce
-
Scallions to your liking + 1 scallion
-
1lb Pork sausage
-
Wontons
-
Garlic to your liking 1-2 cloves is what I did

Carrots
-
Spinach
-
Mushrooms
-
4-6 cups of chicken broth
Add chicken broth, sesame oil, soy sauce, and garlic to pot
Add carrots and scallions to pot when boiling
Add wontons, mushrooms, and spinach cook for an additional 10 minutes
Wontons:
Combine pork, 1 scallion, 1/2 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce
Add 1tsp pork to middle of wonton and fold wonton. Need directions on folding wontons google how to fold a wonton and try them out! I had to do a few different options!
You can double or triple this recipes and freeze!
