Peanut Butter Jelly Wonder Whip

Looking for a healthy version of your favorite classic peanut butter and jelly sandwich. This protein packed wonder whip may be your new favorite snack. High in protein, sweet, and filling, this is perfect for your mid morning or afternoon snack. This recipe was inspired by Ilana Muhlstein.


 

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup reduced-fat (2%) plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter powder
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  •   Liquid stevia (to taste; optional)
  •   Ground cinnamon (to taste; optional)
  • 1/4 Cup fresh (or frozen) red grapes, cut in half
 

Instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, peanut butter powder, extract, stevia (if desired), and cinnamon (if desired) in a serving bowl; mix well.

  2. Top yogurt mixture with grapes.

  3. Serve immediately, or store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 1 day.
