Meal Prepping- Weekly Recipes
Aug 13, 2020Well it officially feels like fall in Minnesota! Our yard is covered in leaves and it is dark and chilly in the mornings! This week I tried so super fun recipes that were also DELICIOUS!
This Naan Pizza recipe was my favorite recipe this week and it was a last minute recipe!
1 Naan Bread; Pepperoni; cherry tomatoes; mozzarella, spinach, basil, and balsamic vinegar. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes
Caprese Salad Recipe
Rotisserie Chicken
Cauliflower Rice (12oz bag for 2 different lunches)
Balsamic Vinegar
Motz mini balls
Cherry Tomatoes
1/2 Avocado
Shred Rotisserie Chicken; cook cauliflower rice, and assemble salad
Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
Cauliflower
Buffalo Sauce
Toss Cauliflower in olive oil and buffalo sauce
Air fry for 10-12 minutes
Sheet Pan Sausage & Veggies
Line baking sheet with tin foil & place sausage & desired veggies on pan (we used broccoli, peppers, and mushrooms)
Spray veggies with olive oil, salt, and pepper
Cook at 400 for 10 minutes then flip sausage for an additional 10 minutes
