Meal Prepping- Weekly Recipes
Jul 31, 2020Hey Hey Hey! It's another week of new recipes for you all! I am loving that I can share these recipes with you all for more than 24 hours on an Instagram or Facebook story. This weeks recipes aren't super fancy but it give you a sneak peak of my daily food intake! Enjoy!
Spinach & Artichoke Tortellini With Broccoli & Mushrooms
This recipe is kind of a dump and serve recipe!
-1 Package of Tortellini (we got the chicken stuffed ones from hyvee)
-Sonoma Gourmet Pasta Sauce - Spinach Alfredo (13.5 oz) (bought from Imperfect Foods click here for more info)
-Broccoli
-Mushrooms
-Make Tortellini according to the package directions, in another pan place broccoli, mushrooms and alfredo sauce, combine and serve
Autumn Soup
Not my favorite recipe but I figured I would still share!
-Leftover Ham (you could use chicken or any meat we just needed to use up our ham)
-Mushrooms
-Spinach
-Sweet Potatoes
-Green Beans
-Wild Rice
-Vegetable Stock or Chicken Stock
-Carrots
Garlic Powder, Italian Seasoning
-3 Tbsp Butter
-1/4 Cup Flour
-1.5 Cups Milk
-Salt & Pepper to taste
-Add meat, stock, seasoning & Veggies (besides spinach) into crockpot set on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours
-Prior to serving combine buttermilk, and flour in a pan to create thickener, add thickener and spinach and stir let sit for 5- 10 minutes and serve
Yogurt Bowl
This has quickly become one of my favorites!
-Dairy Free Yogurt- I get the yoplait ones from hyvee because they are the best tasting that they offer.
-Blueberries or really any fruit
-Unsalted broken Walnuts From Imperfect Foods
-Honey & Nut Granola from Imperfect Foods
Air Fryer Buffalo Cauliflower + Hard Boiled Egg
This is a great quick lunch or afternoon snack
-Toss cauliflower in olive oil and buffalo sauce and put in air fryer on 400 for 10ish minutes
-1 Hard Boiled Egg
This is a great quick lunch or afternoon snack
Afternoon Snack
This is a snack that I had this week early afternoon and it was a great combination! The tea is a great way to keep your water intake up and the Verb Energy Bars are a great caffeine pick me up in the afternoon.
