You guys know that I have been trying to perfect making at home coffee without an espresso maker and I think I have FINALLY figured it out! Javy Coffee Concentrate!

Pumpkin Spice-Up Cappuccino - 2 Servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 Javy Coffee  - 2 teaspoons/cup (typically I use 1 tbsp per cup)

  • 2 cups plain almond milk preferably unsweetened (or milk of choice)

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • 1-2 teaspoons ghee (optional)

  • cinnamon (optional)

Directions:

  1. Grab your Javy Coffee and other ingredients

  2. Heat 2 cups almond milk (or milk of choice) on stove top or in microwave. If heating on stove top, watch closely; almond milk boils over quickly. If heating in the microwave, place in microwave-safe cup and heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

  3. Pour 2 Javy Coffee, warm milk, and all other ingredients in a blender and cover. Blend for 10 to 15 seconds, until froth begins to form. Divide between two large mugs and dust each mug with cinnamon as desired.


Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat and froth milk, use your favorite method.

  2. Brew some Javy Coffee (2 teaspoons/ cup)

  3. Place Pumpkin Spice Syrup into a mug, followed by Javy Coffee. Stir together.

  4. Fill mug with heated frothed milk until ¾ full, then top with whipped cream.

  5. Sprinkle with pumpkin pie spice and enjoy!


Salted Caramel Mocha Latte

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix together the turbinado sugar and 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. Set aside.

  2. Heat the milk, 2 tablespoons caramel, hot chocolate mix (or chocolate syrup), and pinch sea salt until hot. Do not let the steamed milk come to a boil.

  3. Pour into a blender or use an hand frother to froth the milk.

  4. Pour coffee into a mug and top with the frothed milk.

  5. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle with extra caramel topping. Sprinkle with the sugar/sea salt mixture.


White Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir together the milk, cream, white chips, pumpkin, vanilla, and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan. Heat over low heat until the chocolate chips have melted, stirring the whole time.

  2. Remove the pan from the heat and froth the milk until desired foam occurs.

  3. Pour the coffee into two cups. Top the coffee with the frothed milk.

  4. Garnish with whipped cream or Cool Whip and sprinkle with extra pumpkin pie spice. Drink immediately.


Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add the vanilla syrup to a cup

  2. Then add Javy Coffee

  3. Add the ice

  4. Combine the heavy cream and milk in a blender and blend on low speed for 10 seconds, or until the mixture is thick.

  5. Add the pumpkin spice syrup and mix for 3 seconds, gently pour this over the cold brew

  6. Sprinkle a little pumpkin pie spice over the top, then serve it up and enjoy


Cinnamon Nutmeg Latte

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Pour ingredients in your mug.

  2. Mix well.

  3. Pour your coffee in with a splash of your milk of choice
