Our first week we ordered 3 recipes and a few snacks and produce:

Spinach Artichoke Chicken Wrap - This recipe was DELICIOUS! So easy to make and a fan favorite for both Allen and I
Marinara Ricotta Ravioli with Baby Mushrooms - These ravioli were one of the best I have ever had and they were dairy free! I added meat to this recipe from our freezer stash and it was an AMAZING dinner!
Creamy Shrimp + Spinach Linguine - This one was also delicious not one I would order every week but it was really good also!

These Abe's Wild Blueberry Mini Muffins were a hit for Miss Kai and I was able to snag one before she ate them all and they were very tasty as well.

What I loved most about this first week’s box was that the recipes were only supposed to be around 2 servings each but they for sure feed all 3 of us or I had leftovers for another lunch serving!

Week 2 we got:

Buffalo Chicken Tacos - These were AMAZING and I will for sure order them again! Easy to throw together for lunch and tasted delicious.

Bistro-Style Spinach Artichoke Chicken Sandwich - this one I did not follow the recipe to a T. Instead I used the bread, spinach and artichoke spread, cheese we had in the fridge, and 2 slices of the turkey meat and warmed it up in the over and it tasted delicious. This recipe that I used could easily be 3-4 lunches or snacks.

Turkey Spinach Caesar Pita Sandwich - this one I also did not follow to a T I wanted to love Pita’s but I tried to make one the first day and it was just a mess and not easy to eat. So I ended up using the dressing for a salad and the spinach and turkey for other meals throughout the week.

Hungryroot Peanut Butter Cup Cookie Dough - this cookie dough was DELICIOUS!

Week 3 we got:

Lemon Pepper Chicken with Baby Broccoli + Potatoes - We used this chicken for salads and it was so easy to make and tasted delicious!!

Grilled Chicken + Peppers Sandwich - used this for my quick lunches in the beginning of the week and it was delicious.

Marinara Mushroom Ravioli + House Salad - We made the Ravioli with the sauce and added the broccoli! It was a great family dinner!

I am also loving that I can customize my box each week! I love that I can choose between snacks, produce, or full recipes. I am also very pleased with the sizes of the Hungryroot sauces/dressings. I have also been pleasantly surprised by the bread sides servings! If you are on the fence about ordering I would for sure take the discount on the first box and try it out! I would love to hear what recipes you try out! I also have a Hungryroot highlight on my IG page!
