Buffalo Chicken With Cauliflower Rice

Buffalo chicken is a simple but delicious recipe that can be paired with whatever you would like; tonight we paired ours with Aldi’s Garlic & Herb Cauliflower Rice. This was the first time we had tried cauliflower rice from Aldi and it was fabulous the night we made it and with the leftovers! I highly suggest it! 🙂


 

Ingredients

  •   Chicken
  • 1 Cup Buffalo Sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Package Cauliflower Rice
 

Instructions

  1. Marinate thawed chicken in buffalo sauce and garlic powder for 2-3 hours.

  2. Cook chicken on stovetop on medium heat for 15-20 minutes; you can add a little of the buffalo sauce if you would like to keep the chicken moist while it cooks.

  3. Cook cauliflower rice according to package; we cooked ours on the stovetop and I stirred it every 2 minutes.

  4. Serve together once chicken is fully cooked.
