Breakfast Sandwich
Mar 07, 2022This filling and healthy breakfast sandwich is perfect for brunch or breakfast!
Ingredients
- 1 Ciabatta bun
- 1-2 slices Cheese, chopped
- 3-4 slices Turkey, chopped
- 1/2 Roma tomato, chopped
- Spinach, shopped
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Avocado
Instructions

Add cheese, tomato, spinach, and Turkey to a pan and start sautéing (I added olive oil to not have it stick).

Make 1 egg (I do over easy) and warm bun.

Assemble sandwich and enjoy!
