 Breakfast Sandwich

This filling and healthy breakfast sandwich is perfect for brunch or breakfast!


 

Ingredients

  • 1 Ciabatta bun
  • 1-2 slices Cheese, chopped
  • 3-4 slices Turkey, chopped
  • 1/2 Roma tomato, chopped
  •   Spinach, shopped
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Avocado
 

Instructions

  1. Add cheese, tomato, spinach, and Turkey to a pan and start sautéing (I added olive oil to not have it stick).

  2. Make 1 egg (I do over easy) and warm bun.

  3. Assemble sandwich and enjoy!
